We worked together with RSL to supply new flooring for the kitchen of the Michelin starred London restaurant Le Garoche, that was custom designed by Eximius Projects as part of the restaurant’s first major overhaul in 18 years.
Finding an easy-clean and durable material that could be installed quickly, in line with the client’s specification and programme were factors that we also had to consider.
We chose heavy duty, food grade, water-based polyurethane screed system Resuthane TG69 for the 100m2 floor area and coving because of its seamless, textured, non-slip and non-taint properties that are ideal for food preparation areas.
The finished floor combined the highest standards of hygiene and safety with superior durability and fitted with the aesthetic wonderfully.
